Final exams are comprehensive exams that cover material for the entire semester. Junior high students will not take final exams. They will attend school from 8:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and attend classes 1–6. Teachers may still give them tests on those days. High school students will have final exams, and the schedule will be as follows:
Finals Day 1 - Thursday, December 20, 2018
- 8:00–9:15 a.m. - English
- 9:30–10:45 a.m. - Math
- 11:00–12:15 p.m. - Science
Finals Day 2 - Friday, December 21, 2018
- 8:00–9:15 a.m. - History
- 9:30–10:45 a.m. - Specialty Classes/Make-ups
- 11:00–12:15 p.m. - Make-ups
The library, computer lab, gym, and cafeteria will be open during these times. If a student does not have a final to take, they may report to any one of these areas. The cafeteria will serve snacks between finals. If students do not have a final during the last time slot, they may leave campus for the day through the office. Students who have cell phones on them while taking a final will receive a “0” and risk losing the class credit.
