SCHOOL BOARD VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Due to the passing of Governing Board Member Chris Thompson, a vacancy has been created on the Mammoth-San Manuel Unified School District Governing Board. In accordance with state statute, this vacancy will be filled by appointment made by Pinal County School Superintendent Jill Broussard.
The appointed individual will serve on the Governing Board through December 31, 2026.
Any eligible resident residing within the Mammoth-San Manuel Unified School District No. 8 boundaries who is interested in being considered for this appointment may apply online through the Pinal County School Superintendent’s Office website at www.pinalcso.org.

Please note:
· The completed application must be printed, signed, and notarized, and the original document must be mailed or hand-delivered to the Pinal County School Office no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 31, 2025.
· Applicants may also pick up an application in person at the Pinal County School Office in Florence, or contact Nicole O’Brien to request that an application be mailed or emailed to them.
